Out of all the different contractors in the Los Angeles area, I truly believe EZ Dwellings is one of the best. We’ve had different estimates from different companies and finally a friend referred us to EZ Dwellings and we thought we’d get an estimate from them as well. We have a detached garage and we don’t use and we were planning on renting it out. It was one floor and we thought we should make it into a 2 floor studio.
