Lockwood Builders performed the seismic retrofit on 2 of our buildings in Brentwood. They were able to get one of the buildings exempt out of doing any construction work and construction on the second building went smoothly. They were able to deal with some unforeseen issues quickly to minimize construction downtime and answered any and all questions my tenants had. Would definitely recommend.     —    #YelpReview
