I worked with EZ Dwellings to complete both Seismic Retrofitting and ADU. They were able to optimize the seismic upgrade to conform with my ADU layout to save me money and optimize the space, even adding 3 units on one of my 4 unit properties. They worked very fast and were flexible with my tenants with any issues, specifically, parking. They handled the design portion and construction portion and also advised me on obtaining financing. I worked with Justin and Jonny who were very knowledgeable and always were available for questions. It was overall a very good experience and I plan on using them for future work
